As per the letter attached, we are pleased to inform you that we have received the approval from the authorities for the renewal of the land lease (for another 30 years) of our Clubhouse’s premises.
Hence, we would be seeking your kind contribution to help us pay the premium for the land lease before Nov 14, 2019 that amounts to RM174,046.00.
Please alert us via email, WhatsApp or SMS once payment has been made/transferred to the VIOBA’s account as stated in the letter.
