The Inter-Alumni golf championship is an annual affair played amongst the 4 alumnis namely; Malay College Old Boys Association (MCOBA), Old Frees Association (OFA), Old Putras Association (OPA) and VIOBA. The event this year was held at the Amverton Gold and Country Club at Pulau Indah on the 25th September 2016 and hosted by VIOBA.
Some 100 golfers played in the tournament and everyone looked spiffy in their new golf t-shirts as seen in the various group photos.
The eventual champions were OPA leading with a score of 553, followed by OFA with 534 as runners-up. VIOBA emerged 3rd just losing narrowly by a single point with a score of 533 and with MCOBA on 520. Prizes were duly presented by the Patron of VIOBA, Datuk Yusli Yusoff.
