Notice is given that the 76th Annual General Meeting of Victoria Institution Old Boys’ Association (VIOBA) will be held at:

The business to be considered at the meeting is set out below

  1. To confirm  the 75th AGM Minutes held on 24th May 2009
  2. To receive the President’s Report on Management Committee and Updates
  3. To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for year ending 31st December 2009
  4. Election of Management Committee, Honorary Auditors and Disciplinary Committee for 2010/2011
  5. Appointment of New Trustees for VIOBA Clubhouse
  6. Any Other Business
