Below is a notice of the VIOBA’s forthcoming AGM for your kind attention. Members who have not received the invitation via email, please DM me soonest possible to update your email addresses and telephone numbers.
As the meeting will be held during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), the Association is constrained to impose strict SOPs to ensure members’ safety. In that regard, please be informed that members attending the AGM are required to register their presence in a dedicated log book for the purposes, wear face masks throughout the AGM, observe social distancing and to comply with any hand sanitisation and body temperature scanning. Please note that any members recording a body temperature of 37.5 degree Celsius or more will be prohibited from entry. Similarly, members who do not comply with any of the SOPs will be prohibited from entering the premises and from attending the AGM.
The Association reserves the right to impose further SOPs on the day of the AGM without any prior notice to members.
