NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 88th Annual General Meeting of the Victoria
Institution Old Boys’ Association (VIOBA) will be held on:-
Date : Saturday, 13.08.2022
Registration : 9.00 a.m.
Meeting : 10.00 a.m.
Location : VIOBA Clubhouse
Items to be considered at the Meeting are set out below:-

  1. To confirm the 87th Annual General Meeting Minutes held on 4.12.2021;
  2. To receive the President’s Annual Report;
  3. To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for the year ending 31.12.2021;
  4. To update on Preparation of 100 Years Annual Dinner;
  5. To ratify Kridentia loan of RM 65,000;
  6. Launching of VIOBA membership card;
  7. Signing of MOU between VIOBA and VIOBA Foundation;
  8. To transact any other business of which notice has been given.
